Ana Bell

VP of Human Resources

Ana serves as the Director of Human Resources at Family Tree, responsible for the wellbeing of our employees. Ana’s career began as a human resources technician for Missouri City completing payroll and recruiting for the municipality’s emergency services. She made a shift to retail, spending many years leading HR teams with Academy Sports & Outdoors and Prime Communications (Authorized retailor of AT&T). During her time at Prime Communications, Ana led special projects as HRIS administrator, served as a turnover specialist, and assisted with six acquisitions.

Ana has developed a passion for our services and feels connected to the challenges and choices our clients and their families face. Many years ago, Ana’s family received devastating news of her mother-in-law’s brain tumor diagnosis that was accompanied by a life expectancy of just six months. Ana’s mother-in-law underwent two brain surgeries and many treatments of chemo and radiation. This experience, coupled with her work at Family Tree, has inspired Ana to help other families and the care providers who make it all possible.

Ana received her BS in Business with a concentration in HR and has since become a certified Professional in Human Resources®. In her free time, Ana enjoys swimming, sewing, reading and spending quality time with Ryan, her husband of 15 years, and their two children.
