In your job as Caregiver, you’ll offer non-medical care to our elderly clients who need assistance. Depending on the client, your tasks may include:
- Assisting with personal hygiene needs and medicine reminders
- Meal preparation, shopping, and planning meals
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing clutter
- Errands, transportation to and from medical care visits, etc.
- Companionship — conversation, scrapbooking, fun outings
We are a Colorado essential business by order of the Governor – and we have an urgent need for people like you to care for older adults — our most vulnerable population.
We provide all the necessary and CDC-compliant training to keep you and your client safe and healthy.
Flexible schedules
- Whether you travel, spend time with the grandkids, or pursue a hobby, we have a position for you!
- We offer flexible scheduling — whether part-time or full-time.
No healthcare/caregiver experience required
- As a non-medical home care agency, we do not provide medical care or first aid to our clients.
- We provide all paid training through our innovative HomeCare 100 Professional Caregiver Training Program.
Job benefits
- $13/hr to start for full-time; your base pay will increase as you complete training.
- As a full-time employee, you’ll earn $17/hr once training is completed – 40% more than minimum wage.
- 401k after one year of employment (or 1,000 hours)
- Health insurance (shared cost) for full-time employees and EAP program
- Paid time off after one year of employment
