As a HomeCare of the Rockies Caregiver, you’ll work with seniors in their homes. Duties include:
If you answer “yes” to the following, we’d love to talk to you!
Most of all, you want to work for a company with high integrity that stands by you and supports you.
As a potential Caregiver, you don’t need medical or previous caregiver job experience, but you must have a willingness to learn.
Just about anyone looking for a rewarding, stable career. Our team includes recent high school grads to retired professionals looking for a second career. Whether you’ve been laid off, furloughed, or are simply looking for a new job, we invite you to begin the interview process.
You don’t need experience. We train you – and all of your training time is paid.
Don’t see yourself below? Request a job application anyway — we’d love to talk to you.
Not everyone heads off to college after high school. If you’re tired of retail, restaurant, or warehouse work, and want a rewarding, well-paying career, consider our Caregiver Apprenticeship Program. You gain valuable on-the-job training and “graduate” ready to work with zero student loan debt.
Earn higher pay immediately. If you’re a certified CNA and haven’t yet taken or passed the CO state CNA exam, our HC-100 Advanced Placement Program fast-tracks you through the training process. You’ll gain non-medical, direct care experience working with seniors one-on-one in private homes or facilities.
Private sounds great — until you realize the hassle and legal liabilities. When you work for HomeCare of the Rockies, you get the best of both worlds: the perks of independence plus the benefits of working for an agency, including paid training, pay increases, and shared cost health insurance for full-time.
You’re in your 50s, 60s, or 70s and looking for flexibility, career advancement, and great pay and benefits. As a professional in-home Caregiver for us, you gain all this and more, including a supportive work culture. You’ll also be in good company, as 70% of our workforce is 50 years or older. CDC-compliant training keeps you safe and healthy.
If you’re looking for more hours, better pay, or advanced training in working with Alzheimer’s or dementia patients, consider HomeCare of the Rockies. We offer the most advanced, hands-on training combined with comprehensive support from your Care Manager, our front office, and management. We treat our Caregivers like gold!
Many of our Caregiver moms with younger children work at night, after their husbands come home, or during the day when grandma comes over. You’re able to bring in extra income but still be available for your children — plus work a flexible schedule. We have weekend and overnight positions available, plus part-time and full-time.
